Story

Hey all, I am doing the London Marathon 2011 on April 17th (target is below 4hours)!!!

I would be raising money for a community-based hospital in a small town/village in Uganda (Kiwoko Hospital). As most of you would know, I worked there for 8 weeks in November and had an absolutely amazing time.

On the medical side of things, even with limited resources, the doctors there were never deterred and strived to provide a high standard of care. The hospital has much potential, but unfortunately, lacked some basic medical equipment, such as

- oxygen saturation machines (which I found VERY frustrating)

- external fixators for broken bones

and many more.. Therefore, I have liaised with the hospital to ensure that the money I raise would enable the hospital to get some of these equipments and many more!!

Thank you for donating..
