For people that know me will know that this is a charity that is very close to my heart. Both me and my pops are kidney disease sufferers and my pops had a kidney transplant at mri and one day in the future it will be my turn, but for now i am fighting fit 💪🏼 and ready to raise money for this amazing charity ❤️. Having suffered with other illness issues the past couple of years I have come out of the other side more positive than ever and ready to help others. It would be much appreciated if I could raise as much as possible to help this amazing cause.  Xxx
