Story

Hi,

My name is Malachi. I'm a 14 year old boy with curly hair who likes to ride a unicycle (quite badly) and I wanted to raise money to help people poorer than myself. Many of the people who live in Haiti have suffered greatly and Haiti Hospital Appeal aims to get more hospitals in Haiti to help with all of the injuries. Haiti Hospital Appeal have been working hard since 2006 to bring help to Haiti and are, of course, helping with the injuries from the terrible earthquake.

To raise money for Haiti Hospital Appeal I will unicycle from my home (East Hill, Colchester) to Alresford creek and back . This Journey is about a 10 miles long round journey and I will stop for 1 hour to eat some lunch then carry on unicycling. A representative from Colchester Cycling Campaign will be accompanying me to verify my journey and I hope to raise somewhere in between £400 and £500.

I will be doing the event on Sunday 7 March unless the weather is really bad in which case I shall do it as soon after this as I can.

Please sponsor me! Please forward this to anyone you know who you think might like to sponsor me so I can get as much money as possible for this worthy cause.

Donating through this page is quick and easy and all money goes direct to the charity Haiti Hospital Appeal.

Thanks, Ki
