For those of you who know me, you will know that the part of my body that I move the most is my MOUTH. But times are changing and in my old age I've decided to do something about my poor fitness levels and at the same time do some fundraising for a charity I feel passionate about.
I know times are hard now but ANY small amount you can spare would be most grateful.
