So, hot on the heels of the #TwomarathonsTwoweeks challenge I decided to up the game slightly. So let me introduce you to #TwoguysvsKili.Brett and Scott will be flying out to Tanzania on October 2nd 2013, from there they will head to the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro. They will then undertake a seven day climb to reach the peak at 5895 metres or 19,341 feet to raise funds for the Sussex Air Ambulance.

Why?

In February a neighbour was seriously hurt in an accident which resulted in the parents of their child needing a miracle. A miracle happened.

Because of the efforts of the Air Ambulance team and the fact that they carry specialist doctors and critical care paramedics onboard, they bring the hospital to the scene and can carry out life-saving treatments immediately. Each emergency call-out costs an average £2,500 and the service relies almost entirely on public donations

Kat is still in hospital and will be rehabilitating for the foreseeable future. She is making small steps of encouragement each day which in turn will make massive benefits in the future.
