I am a former member of the Armed forces, having served with The Parachute Regiment. My father who is also participating with me on the trek had over 20 years service with the Territorial Army.  A number of my friends and former colleagues have been injured or have lost their lives in recent conflicts. I would like to take this opportunity to raise some money to help our Armed forces personnel so they get the help and treatment that they deserve.
