Hi All,
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
With billions of people suffering all over the world, it is our duty to do what we can to help those less fortunate than ourselves in order to give people a chance to live a life that maybe we take for granted.
I may not be brave enough to conquer Everest just yet but in early 2012 I plan to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa and one of the most difficult mountains to climb due to the changing weather conditions throughout the day. In preparation for this, I will also be climbing Mount Snowdon in November 2011. My reason behind doing this is simple, to raise as much money as I can for orphans in Palestine.
The money will help rebuild an Orphanage, Dar Ul Fadilah, that was destroyed in the Gaza air strikes of January 2008, and also provide orphans with everyday necessities such as food, water, clothing, shelter, medical aid and an education. These are things that we are fortunate to have available to us everyday and we don't realise how lucky we are. Just for a moment, imagine if these basic things were to be taken away from you, your family or your friends, would you not want someone to help?
Please help make a difference to those in need by making a donation on this page, a donation that will benefit the innocent children of Palestine. Remember, every single penny can bring a significant change to someone's life...
Many thanks in advance!
