Story

We begin the climb on 24th May taking the Rongai Route up the mountain to camp 1

25th/26th we climb to Kikelewa cave and spend a day acclimatisation at that altitude

27th we climb to Mawenzi Tarn hut and camp there

28th we climb to Kibo hut and camp for a few hours before….

29th pre-dawn start - climb to summit then descend to Horumbo hut and camp there (coming down a different route to the ascent)

30th final descent
