I'll be participating in a 7 day jungle adventure race in the Malaysian province of Sabah in Borneo.
Teams of 4 people will compete in a series of challenging activities, including abseiling, trekking through the jungle, running, cycling, kayaking, white water rafting - culminating in a 4,100 ascent of Mount Kinabalu.
I hope that people will sponsor me in my efforts to successfully meet these challenges and help such a worthy cause at the same time.
