We're taking part in the Tough Mudder 5K Urban South London - Clapham 2019 - Friday - 4 October 2019. To make it a bit more interesting we are all going to be dressed as Power Rangers (Photos to come later). 

We're raising money for Blue Cross, the money we raise will go towards refurbishing the veterinary hospital in Merton close to our office in Wimbledon
