Kingsley Royal and Phil Boddy are running the Reading Half Marathon on Sunday 21st March at 10.05am. The race is a total of 13.1 miles with the route taking us both round the Reading area, so please support us along the way!

We are running for Help for Heroes which was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry in October 2007 out of a desire to help the wounded Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. The message of the charity is simple: they are strictly non political and non critical; they simply want to help.

Help for Heroes believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better. We want to give something back and hope with your support you can help us achieve our targets.

RIP Royal Marine Benjamin Reddy, A brilliant Son, Brother, Friend and Person who is sorely missed today and every day since his life was tragically taken from us serving in Helmand province 06-03-2007. Never one to shirk a challenge or any duty, He always worked himself hard and always pulled his weight for the team, This will be a fitting tribute to his name.

Please donate whatever you can to the worthiest of causes and to the real superheroes.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us both: Help for Heroes gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now and thanks for your support!

Come on uuurrrzzz
