I will be running the Two Castles Run in memory of my Dad who sadly passed away in 1999 after suffering from Motor Neurone Disease. The MND Association is dependant on voluntary donations to help provide care and support for those affected by this disease. So I think it's definitely a worthy cause and with your help I'd like to raise as much as possible for them.
