This August, I will be participating in my first (and hopefully not last!) triathlon, in the lovely city of London. This will comprise of:
1.5km swim
40km bike
10km run
As many of you know, as part fish, I should be fine for the swim. But something possessed me to throw in more than 25 miles of cycling and 6 miles of running into the mix, too!
My goal is to finish the triathlon in under 3 hours, and to help raise more than £500 for Fairbridge, a charity that supports inner-city youths across the United Kingdom. Please visit www.fairbridge.org.uk for more information.
