As you know James and I are not the most energetic of people, nor are we the most organised otherwise you would have received this message weeks ago! We are doing a 10 mile midnight walk on Friday the 19th of June in aid of Kirkwood Hospice in memory of my Dad who passed away in 2006 after a long illness.

The Hospice were fantastic, their help and support was greatly appreciated by all of us. They made the worst time of our lives more bearable. We feel that this is now our opportunity to give something back.
