What's 500km between friends?  Actually quite a lot...(gulp)!

On the 9th of September we will be donning our (padded) lycra and embarking on a four day cycling odyssey from London to Paris in aid of the Shooting Star Children's Hospice.  Our blood, sweat and tears will all be for a very worthy cause so anything you can give to send us on our way will be much appreciated!
