Cant believe that almost a year has past since the Leeds 10K began last year.  In 2007 I vowed that I would endeavour to participate every year and dont intend to fall at the first hurdle!  So... the time has come to ask for your pennies (not my favourite bit, but doing it this way is a little less painful!)
