Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, I do appreciate it.
As some of you may know I enjoy cycling - myself and my cycling buddies go out most weeks, and I've just completed the London to Brighton bike ride for the third year running.
In November I have decided to set myself this `once in a lifetime' challenge. I will be cycling around Cuba in 5 days, covering 350kms, from the Bay of Pigs to Havana, in aid of Kent Air Ambulance. In order for me to do this I need to raise a minimum of £2,600.
Although I have completed the London to Brighton, this will be much more of a challenge. I will be `in the saddle' for up to 7 hours a day. The shortest day will be around 50kms, the longest around 90kms. I'm only used to cycling in the wind and rain - somehow I think it might be a bit hotter in Cuba!
So please sponsor me, Kent Air Ambulance is such a good charity, which relies totally on donations to keep it running.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Thank you so much for your support. Kirsty x
