Maidstone Half Marathon · 18 October 2009

We know that terminal illness turns lives upside-down. We help people live as well as possible for as long as possible and ensure their final days are comfortable and peaceful. We support families, friends and carers too. We depend on your kindness for 80% of the cost of delivering our services.

Story

In memory of my granny, Jean Willard, and out of absolute respect for the work done at The Heart of Kent Hospice where she spent her last few months in 2008.

Amazing! By midday on Sunday 18 October it was all over! Thank you all so much for your support and sponsorship. I hope I did you proud with a time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 23 seconds! It was hard graft but well worth the 11 hills (ish) for the gorgeous sunny day and stunning views from the pilgrims way, and raising such a lot of wonga for the Heart of Kent Hospice.  I'm now knackered but happy.

There will be more photos from the day on my facebook page shortly.

Lots of love
