Hello Everyone

Well I can't believe I am in this place getting ready to run another marathon!!  For those of you who didn't know I ran the ING New York Marathon last November and it was such an amazing day that I have decided to run the Flora London Marathon.  I completed it in 4 hours 23 minutes so I hope to imporve on this. 

I preparation I will be taking part in the Silverstone Half Marathon and Boxmoor 20 Mile run.  Mad I know!

Its such hard work preparing for a marathon so I can understand why people don't want to do run one, so I am letting you do the easy bit......Sponsor me! However, little you can afford it really is appreciated. The money goes to great use by helping the Teens Unite Team to improve the lifes of young people between the ages13-24  with the life limiting illness.
