On 22nd March, we will be taking part, as a family, in the Marsden March, in order to raise money and show our support for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. As Emma and Alex will be walking with us, we will be walking the 5 mile route.

In February 2014, the beautiful, adorable Tilly (the daughter of my amazing friends, Sarah & Thain) was diagnosed with Leukaemia.  She was 2 years old. As a parent, I cannot imagine any news more devastating than hearing that your child has cancer, and that is why we are taking part in this March, to show support to Sarah and her family (Sarah, Thain, Molly & Tilly) who have shown great strength, patience and bravery throughout Tillys treatment so far, and to the Royal Marsden, who have provided amazing care and support to the whole family.

Tilly is responding well to her chemotherapy and is due to finish treatment in April 2016.
