On Sunday 24th August I'm doing The Great North Bike Ride which is a 55 mile cycle ride South through the main coastline of Northumberland. I'm also doing this without the training required to avoid a sore arse afterwards, so that's got to be worth a couple of quid to watch/imagine me swanking round for the following week looking like I slipped on top of a traffic cone!
