Most of you will know by now that I have two things PCOS and endometriosis. The endometriosis gives me pain but the PCOS is a bit more elusive. 

PCOS stands for polycystic ovarian syndrome and amongst it's various issues it can lead to things like type 2 diabetes and cause excess weight gain. The symptom that most people can relate to is the difficulty in conceiving and the high chance of miscarriage.

So to make myself healthier and to help Verity at the same time I am giving up chocolate for lent.... And everyone knows how much I love my chocolate! I'd be eternally grateful if you could even donate just a quid (and then gift aid it) as every little bit helps Verity run. They get pretty much zero funding and scraped by on just £20,000 in 2013 whereas major charities get thousands if not millions.

 So I'll shut up now and you can give me your money :)
