<p><strong>* I am on a 60 day fast for health reasons ( swallowing only water,sea moss, herbs and occasional Agavi syrop. )</strong></p>
<p><strong>*</strong> I dont want to bore you too much, but when i think about the hunger of the East African starving mothers and the pain of the children crying from hunger I just think about how hard my little 60 day fast seems when i feel like im dying of hunger .</p>
<p> <strong> I have a choice to eat ,but these people have NOT !</strong></p>
<p><strong> * </strong>And the starvation In East Africa / Ethiopian regions is continuing now because many people are not thinking of sharing a little of what they have ,to give something to others who have nothing.</p>
<p><strong>* </strong>Please give whatever you can to ease the suffering of these families, especially the starving children.</p>
