For some unknown reason I've decided to hike up Ben Nevis this Sunday to raise money for SAMH (The Scottish Association for Mental Health).

Mental health is something I struggled with greatly throughout my teenage years, and though I've learned how to cope and care for it over the years, it's not always something one can do themselves. SAMH do brilliant work helping people with their mental health throughout Scotland, a service that often goes underappreciated. Of course, their work doesn't cost nothing, so anything you can donate is greatly appreciated!
