I'm doing the London Marathon again this year, hoping to complete in 4.5 hours so the training has already begun!

I'm running for the Catholic Children's Society (Westminster) again.  It's an extremely worthy cause; they help thousands of disadvantaged children and families across London, providing services such as adoption, counseling and therapy, educational services, child protection and social work.

Following last year's marathon, me and my work colleagues who also ran went to see some of the work they do at their headquarters in West London.  This enabled us to see how the sponsorship money we raised could be used and how useful it would be.  It truly is a very worthy cause and if you are able to help me meet my sponsorship target of £1,000 I would be extremely grateful..
