Next November I'm going on a trip of a lifetime to raise money for the charity REGAIN. We will be hand cycling 450km from Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to the ancient temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Since my accident in 2006 I have wanted to do all I can to help others who have also become paralysed due to sports injuries or accidents. I am going to be training hard over the next ten months and I will be focusing hard on fundraising as much as I can to help others in a similar situation to  me.
