Hi Everyone,
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Well I am pleased to say that I managed to complete the London Marathon this year in 5 hours and 29 minutes. It was an enjoyable day despite the torrential rain, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would like to thank everyone who has donated money to Whizz-kidz, your support is very much appreciated. Your generous donations will help to buy the specialised equipment that will help to transform the life of a child with a disability.

At the moment there are 411 children on the charity's waiting list. The equipment provided costs from £520-£2700 for an adapted tricycle, £540-£2,500 for a manual wheelchair, £1,000-£4,000 for a specialised cycle, and £2,500-£18,000 for a powered wheelchair. The average direct cost of providing customised mobility equipment is £5,900.
