On Sunday, 20th June this summer, we will be riding the 2010 London to Brighton Bike Ride, a colossal 54 miles across the South-East English countryside.  Some of us are veterans, and some are fresh to the challenge; we're all going for one of the longest bike rides of our lives to keep fit and healthy and hopefully avoid us needing the British Heart Foundation, but there are others who really need our support and your donations will help this worthy cause!

We know that there are many great causes out there, and a lot of people asking for sponsor money, which is why we've all teamed up; so don't be shy, every penny counts, even the smallest of contributions will be very much appreciated!
