This year we will be entering a team into the London 10k run whilst raising money for Edward's Trust, a charity centered around caring for families and children during child illness and bereavement.

It would be fantastic if you could support the charity, and team, by placing a donation on this site as it will take a lot less time and effort than the training we'll all be doing and will certainly gain better results.
