Its a 'Labour of Love' for Zoes Place Baby Hospice
8th - 12th June 2009
We are three Surestart Children's Centre Midwives who are doing a 90+ mile walk to raise much needed funds for Zoes Place, Liverpool.
Our five day walk starts off at Zoe's Place on Monday 8th June. We will walk to all the Children's Centres in Sefton, Liverpool and Kirkby until we finish back at Zoes on 12th June.
Many of the parents, children and staff from Children's Centres will be joining us on route to help raise awareness and show support for this valued service. Others have arranged special events and activities to co-incide with our arrival at their Children's Centre.
As Midwives working with young children Zoe' Place is a charity close to our hearts. Zoe's Place receives no government funding and relies purely on fundraising - so please dig deep and give whatever you can spare.
