Mark Skingle, Steve Sandle, Paul Smith, Kirk Gill and Andrew Tyler-holland are going to leave the lake district on the 9th September, and cycle over to Sunderland on the 200k route cross country 

We hope to complete the ride by the morning of the 11th September 

We are all very novice to this type of challenge , with various ranges of fitness, this is going to be a big achievement for us. 

We will start to post updates of our training, and more excitingly we will post / tweet updates during the ride 

This is a fantastic charity, and will remain in our sights as we get ready for this C2C challenge
