Story

Thank you for visiting the donations page for www.oceanrowevents.com - Our Atlantic Row which will take us nearly 4,000 miles from Grand Canaria to Barbados.

Ocean Row Events (ORE) is a company set up to try and raise
£1 million for various charitable causes over the next five years.

ORE acquired the record breaking French boat ‘La Mondiale’ from the ever supportive Ocean Rowing Society. Now known as “Ocean Row Events Challenger” she is currently the fastest Ocean Row boat in the world having held the Atlantic Rowing Speed Record for 15 years. The boat has now been completely renovated and ORE is confident she will be faster than ever before due to several groundbreaking changes.

As a matter of interest there is also a race between America and Great Britain. for further information please see their relevant websites:
www.oceanrowevents.com
www.atlanticorca.com

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Sportsman's Charity Limited will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
