The Landmark LLF runners now have our next event in the diary, we are running the "Grim 8" in Aldershot on Sunday the 7th December, a clue was in the title, it's an 8 mile cross country course involving a lot of mud,freezing water and obstacles!

We will again be donning our Macmillan Cancer Support vests with pride and any sponsorship you can give us would be very much appreciated.

The Landmark LLF Runners, Terry, Lizzy, James, Jacki, Tom, Steve, Chris and Keith all successfully completed the Henley 10K on Sunday 12th October 2008, putting in some blistering times to raise much needed funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
