The Landmark LLF runners completed the "Grim 8" on Sunday 7th December in Aldershot, we can confirm it was Grim in every way, the organisers even had to break the ice with sledge hammers before the race could begin! we ploughed through waist deep freezing water, knee high mud, went under cargo nets, but I'm pleased to say we all finished the 8 miles in almost one piece!

We donned our Macmillan Cancer Support vests with pride and your continued sponsorship for our events is very much appreciated, thank you.

The Landmark LLF Runners, Terry, Lizzy, James, Jacki, Tom, Steve, Chris and Keith all successfully completed the Henley 10K on Sunday 12th October 2008, putting in some blistering times to raise much needed funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
