Having done the London to Brighton bike ride last year with my lad Liam, we've recruited some more fools this year to help us raise a bit more.  It was only after we'd crossed the finishing line that it was discovered that I had done the entire journey with my brake on last year, so this year should be like being blown by the wind in comparison.

Any Brighton, QPR, Sunderland, Millwall, York City, Oxford United, Le Havre or Republic of Ireland fans among you might recognise Johnny Byrne bottom left in the picture.  Having spenty his entire life taking an easy ride, he's hoping for more of the same in June.

Any support you can give us would be truly appreciated.  My Dad benefitted from heart surgery an astonishing 21 years ago and it's a cause that is  - er - dear to my heart.  As a thank you, a pint awaits any of you in the Sussex at Hove,  HQ for Team Laughing Gravy. Why Laughing Gravy?  Fans of Laurel and Hardy will know.
