Story

hallo!

So yes...i like walking. i do it regularly. it's quite handy whenever you need to get from A-B (like the Kitchen to the Living Room) Those two limbs attached to my body have definitely come in handy.

What's 18miles? like a dander? a walk to the shop? errrr no. Apparently not.

Oops. Maths never was my strong point. i didn't realise how far it was...so now...i need your help. My wing(wo)man and i Lorraine are currently doing laps of all good country parks in a bid to up our game.  It's from Armagh to Dungannon on the 12th September and apparently the Vikings and Chieftains did it so it shouldn't be too hard...right?

The charity is Aware Defeat Depression. As most of us know 1-4 people are affected by this mental illness. We all know someone who's been through it or going through it now. Unfortunately the stigmas attached don't make it easy.

Aware is a charity close to my heart so i'm gonna be busting a gut (and probably my knees too) to raise money for the charity so they can continue to hold support groups across Northern Ireland and increase understanding of depression.
