<p>Mez, Fosters and I are taking part in the Birmingham Half Marathon in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.</p>
<p>We are running in memory of a close family friend of mine who passed away earlier this year.</p>
<p>As you know, running is my least favourite activity; however I hope that taking part and raising money for the charity will go some way to repaying the incredible help and support provided by the Macmillan nurses. Mez and Fosters are there if necessary to carry me over the finish line ;) </p>
