Hi everyone!!!
This is my emergency relief page for the KOP!
As some of you already know, I was supposed to be going to Kisumu in Kenya this summer for a few weeks to help support the Kenyan Orphan Project, and help families and children that suffer from AIDS. Unfortunatly, this has been cancelled due to the fighting and unsafe situation out there. This is very sad and it means that all KOP' s hard work our in Kisumu has been undone and  they all need our help very much now to rebuild things and get back on their feet.

Here's just a little bit about KOP and what we hope to do the next time we go out there:
KOP has been going for a while now and some of their projects include building the Port Florence Hospital, opening feeding centres, renervating schools and supporting some of the children out there. The main project that I will be part of is building a centre for street children. This will provide a safe place for children to feel a bit happier so they can recieve education, health care and love that they really really deserve.

The estimated cost of the centre is £65,000 and we have been asked to raise £700 or above to contribute to this project.
I would be so grateful if you donated a little something, no matter how small, to this charity to help the kids out there. £3 buys 6 tetanus vaccines, £10 supports an orphan for a week, and £22 provides 2 hot meals for 100 starving children.
