As many of you might know I am now working for the British Liver Trust, which work to help over 2 million people who are suffering from or affected by liver disease.  You might not know much about liver disease, I'm not going to lie I didn't either, in fact after three months here there still lots more I need to know!  If you've no idea about liver disease why don't you have a look at our website  and find out a little bit more.....

After getting round the great south run last year I was unable to walk properly for about a week and swore that I would never be so daft as to do it again.....somehow, here I am 4 weeks away, completely unfit and wondering if someone might find me still trying to complete the course hours behind everyone else!!  So why don't you dig deep, support me, my poor legs and help a good cause while you at it.  Every penny will help us continue the work we do.
