About my charity : National Association For Premenstrual Syndrome National Association For Premenstrual Syndrome
The Association aims to help all sufferers of PMS by providing extensive information and support so that the condition can be successfully managed.It works with health professionals both to promote research and to help ensure that sufferers can access treatments appropriate to their needs.

My personal message:

A massive thank you to you all for all your support and sponsorship.

Just to let you know, I'm planning to start at 10am and to do 11.5 - 12.0 minute miles (in case you want to work out whereabouts I'll be on the course.).  I'll be wearing black long pants, a long-sleeved bright pink top with a white vest over the top with "LAURA" and "pms.org.uk" in it.  I'm number 1727.
