Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

So here's the deal..

I swim 1.2 miles in a freezing cold freshwater lake on Exmoor National Park, jump out and sprint to my bicycle whist struggling out of my wetsuit. I then cycle as fast as my little legs will take me, 56 miles up some ridiculously steep hills, trying not to miss the 5hr cut off time for the start of the run section! Having completed the bike part i drag me weary body out of the saddle and cruise off with a smile on my face to run a mere half marathon (Just over 13 miles for those of you who marathons are those nut filled chocky bars!). All in a days activity and back to work in the morning :-)

The best part is, all you need to do is a few little clicks and then sit back with that warm fuzzy feeling, enjoy the sunshine, maybe do a spot of weeding or watch the Grand Prix. Can't be bad!

The funds i raise will be split equally 50% to The Alzheimers Society and 50% to the Rotary Charities listed below.
