Hiya!

As some of you may know, I've managed to sign myself up for the BUPA 10km London Run on the 26th May 2008.  A scary thought really... considering the picture to your left is more typical of my sporting activities.

I am however doing it in the name of the Brain & Spine Foundation which is a really fantastic cause.  They raise funds for research, education and information programmes aimed at improving prevention, treatment and care of people affected by disorders of the brain and spine e.g. stroke, epilepsy, dementia, MS.

So, I would be forever grateful if you would be kind enough to sponsor me and help raise funds for this amazing charity.
