Epilespy Action Skydive · 4 April 2007

Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. We’re calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Epilepsy Action will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

I've chosen Epilepsy Action as it's a cause that means a lot to me personally.  I was diagnosed with Grand Mal Epilespy when I was 11.  I've relied on charities like Epilespy Action for advice for me, and for advice for my friends and family.

I first asked about doing a skydive 10 years ago and my doctor actually laughed as he thought I would never be allowed. So as this is my first year of being told I can class myself as not being epileptic, I can go out and do the things that I've always been held back on.  What better way (or worse!) than jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet and making money for a brilliant charity!
So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
