On 18 May 2008 I will be taking part in the BUPA Great Manchester Run (10k) to raise funds for Refuge.  All funds will be used to support Refuge's work with women and children experiencing and escaping physical and mental domestic violence.  Please sponsor me generously to make a difference to the lives of women and children in crisis.
