As many of you know, Ken suffered from meningoencephalitis earlier this year. Luckily he is recovering very well and is remarkably unscathed. Thank you to all of you for your support during what was a very difficult time - it really meant a lot.

I couldn't quite face the marathon but think will just about manage 10k and will be running the Great Yorkshire Run in Sheffield on Sunday 7th September in support of the amazing work that the Encephalitis Society does to help those less fortunate than Ken. Please support me if you'd like to!
