My story

Hi,

Myself and friends from school, college, work and university took on Ben Nevis and climbed the highest mountain in the UK on the 8th June 2009. The climb was to raise money for the Thembinkosi Foundation. All sponsorship and donations will help in their project to build and sustain a school in Zambia, Africa. The charity is close to us all as it was set up by our old secondary school teacher who has extemely close connections with Zambia and we wanted to help make a difference.

We aimed and suceeded in climbing to the summit of the highest mountain in the Country, the mountain stands at 1344m above sea level. The climb took just over 5 hours to reach the summit and then 5 hours back to the base.

So please everyone, can you sposnsor us or donate to the cause, and help us in our goal to raise money for this cause and help to make a difference in a country that needs our support.

Thank You :)
