Royal Parks Half Marathon 2010 · 10 October 2010 ·

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £6m we need each year to fund our free care.

Story

On 20th December 2009 one of my best friends, Claire Freeman, sadly passed away. She was a great friend and lovely, fabulous person.

This year on 10th October I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of the Hospice of St Francis in Berkhampstead, which is where Claire spent a number of days in her last few weeks. Last time I saw her she told me how amazing and happy the Hospice was, so I figured this would be a great cause.

It would be amazing if you could sponsor me or even come cheer me on on the day!!!
