It's that time of year again and I'm putting myself through my paces and running another 10k for charity. For those of you who sponsored me last year it's the same charity again and I'm hoping to beat my time of 57 minutes (this may be a little optimistic however...)

So, it's super easy to donate, just follow the instructions on here and give as little or as much as you can afford, every little bit that goes towards homeless, abused and impoverished children here in London helps and is greatly appreciated.

And anyone out there who happens to be up at 10am next Sunday morning, feel free to come down to Hyde Park and cheer me on!
