I have spent over two years avoiding hairdressers and growing my hair to donate to the charity Little Princesses.
Little Princesses was started by the parents of Hannah Tarplee, her school and friends after Hannah sadly died in June 2005. Little Princesses helps parents of children with Cancer and other illnesses which cause hair loss. Hair loss can be a very traumatic event for a child particularly when they are undergoing intensive medical treatments. By providing the children with realistic looking wigs made from real hair, Little Princesses are able to restore an element of normality back into the child's life.
As you can see the big chop has already happened and any support you can give to this great charity would be much appreciated, particularly as they still have to pay a substantial sum for the wigs to be made.
