i am running for MERCY SHIPS, they are an amazing charity, I've just been out to visit their headquaters in Texas and it was fantastic to get a chance to see some of what they are doing.  They own a ship which has 6 operating theatres on it and is kinda like a floating hospital, they dock in different countries and provide medical care in places where it's needed.
They also run lots of smaller short term missions to developing communities encouraging and supporting their churches and helping them develop sustainable food sources, and schools and loads more!
It's a really great cause to give to, check out their website, and if anyone is thinking about doing any sort of missionary work i'd recommend them!
