On July 4th 2015, Amy and I will be taking part in the Pretty Muddy 5k - an obstacle course to show cancer we can tackle ANYTHING. 

Shannon is one of the strongest, most amazing people I've ever met, and if anyone can win this fight its her. I'm so lucky to have her as one of my best friends, and so we're showing her all of our support by fighting alongside her.
